Service Description

During this process you will meet with a Certified Professional to discuss product selections, pattern layouts, color schemes, outdoor lighting, and much more! Measurements and finished heights will be touched upon as well as feature placements to best suit the space being transformed. This is what brings your vision to life. The most important phase of what we do is the design. This ensures everyone has the same vision and goals from breaking ground on the job to the last walk through after everything has been completed! For any design we require a plot plan or a google maps view of the lot to begin the design phase. Hand drawn 2D rendering/layouts range $450-600 (amount of utilities, features, and add-ons requested) and 3D rendering/layouts range $900-$1,500. Price varies depending on amount of features included in design. Designs come fully detailed, labeled, and coordinated based off project specs. Turn around on designs is 5-10 business days.
