Being a certified ICPI Residential Specialist we follow proper repair techniques to ensure your patio space can continue to provide you with years of entertaining and enjoyment. Pavers are superior to poured concrete or asphalt as it allows the top surface to move with the ground over the years. This being said shifting and settling may occur depending on how the original contractor installed the base material. Paver patios provide a much easier fix than say a concrete slab would, and the product can simply be pulled up, cleaned off, and relayed after the base is fixed properly and recompacted.
