Warranty Information

Specializing in paver installation there are a few methods of best practice that we offer to allow any budget to have their own unique paver patio. Dense graded base installations receive installation warranty for 1 year. Synthetic base installations receive a 2 year installation warranty. Open graded base installations receive a 3 year installation warranty.

Porcelain paver installation are backed with a 5 year warranty through Cozza Customs & Designs LLC. This covers any settling or heaving within the paver field / perimeter. Mirage porcelain tiles installed by Cozza Customs & Designs LLC receive a Transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty through Belgard. MSI porcelain tiles are not warrantied through Cozza Customs & Designs LLC or the manufacturer.

Paver product warranties vary depending on the manufacturer the client chooses. Product warranties are only offered and given by the manufacturer. As paver specialist we work directly with Belgard and Techobloc products the majority of the time, any product we install of either Belgard or Techobloc receives a limited lifetime warranty. Cozza Customs & Designs LLC is an Authorized Contractor for Belgard and Techobloc.

 

Paver Installation Warranties covers settling and heaving of pavement surface. Paver Installation Warranties DO NOT cover poly-sand or resin-sand products, install, and/or maintenance.

Cozza Customs & Designs LLC takes much pride in begin a leader in the turf installation & maintenance industry. Installation warranties cover any wrinkling within the turf field and is backed for 1 year after installation.

We have partnered with Purchase Green and All Things Turf to provide our clients with the best quality turf on the market. Turf products are warrantied through the manufacturer. After installation of turf, Cozza Customs & Designs LLC recommends each client fill out the warranty slip on the manufacturers website to claim their Limited Lifetime Warranty on the product.

Cozza Customs & Designs LLC offers a large variety of outdoor lighting products from various manufacturers. Installation warranties cover any issues caused by installation for 1 year. If there is an issue with the manufacturers product there will be a diagnostic fee ($100.00) as well as labor fees to rework any outdoor lighting systems. Outdoor Lighting products are warrantied through the manufacturers, Cozza Customs & Designs LLC will help facilitate exchanges of products that are eligible for product warranties.

Permanent Holiday Lighting is NOT covered by any installation warranties. Govee products are warrantied through Govee if eligible and Cozza Customs & Designs LLC will help facilitate warranties if applicable.

Any work completed from a subcontractor of Cozza Customs & Designs LLC (i.e., Electrical / Gas /Carpentry) is NOT warrantied through Cozza Customs & Designs LLC. The client is responsible for reaching out to contractor associated with that scope of work for any issues they have. Cozza Customs & Designs LLC will help provide any information needed to contact sub contractors.

 

We try to find the best subcontractors to work with and provide our clients with the best prices we can get. If the client wants Cozza Customs & Designs LLC to deal with subcontractors warranties there is a 30% increase added to the subcontractors portion of the project. This is to covered any additional cost given by subcontractors (only valid for 1 year).
